99.5% uptime commitment
We commit to 99.5% monthly uptime. If we fall below it, you get 10% of that month's fee back as credit. The details are in our Service Level Agreement.
Security
How we keep things safe
Verified customers only
Every customer goes through identity verification before getting access. We also screen against EU sanctions lists.
Data deleted after rental
When a rental ends, its data is deleted. We don't keep copies of your work.
Certified facility
Physical security, access control and operations are covered by the data center's ISO 27001 certification and its regular external audits.
EU jurisdiction
Hardware, operator and data are all in Croatia, an EU member state. Your data is processed under GDPR.
Business customers storing personal data on our servers can rely on our Data Processing Agreement.
