This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service for Eigenflops, provided by Terarium j.d.o.o.. It applies to every Rental and to everyone who uses it, including your team members and end users.
1. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Services to:
- store, process or distribute any content that is illegal under Croatian or EU law, or the law that applies to you;
- create, store or distribute child sexual abuse material. We report such material to the authorities;
- mine cryptocurrency, or run proof-of-work, proof-of-space or similar blockchain workloads;
- attack, scan or probe other systems or networks without the owner's permission, including denial-of-service attacks;
- create or distribute malware, run botnets or command-and-control servers, or host phishing pages;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
- gain or try to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data, including our infrastructure or other customers' containers;
- infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights, including distributing pirated content;
- commit fraud, or impersonate another person or organisation;
- breach EU or other applicable sanctions or export control rules, or let a sanctioned person use the Services;
- develop or operate weapons, or any activity prohibited by EU law on artificial intelligence;
- run open proxies or open relays that let third parties hide abusive traffic.
2. Protecting the infrastructure
- Do not try to escape your container, access the host system or interfere with other customers.
- Do not try to get around usage measurement or billing.
- Do not resell or sublet access to the Services to third parties without our written permission.
3. What we do if this policy is breached
If we have reason to believe this policy is breached, we may investigate, suspend or terminate the affected Rental or account immediately and without refund, remove access to content, and report the matter to the competent authorities. Where possible and lawful, we will tell you what happened.
4. Reporting abuse
To report abuse coming from our network, email info@terarium.xyz with the subject “Abuse report” and as much detail as possible: IP addresses, timestamps and a description.
